1. Base metal
The most critical raw material that affects the quality of colorful stone metal wood roof tiles is the base metal of colored stone tiles. Our factory uses aluzinc steel sheet. This material has high strength and corrosion resistance and can greatly extend the service life of colorful stone metal wood roof tiles. The quality of aluzinc steel sheets depends on the zinc layer content. The higher the AZ layer content, the better the quality performance.
2. Colored Sand
The roof decoration market favors stone coated roofing sheets because they have a beautiful appearance and can be adapted to different styles of buildings. The color of the Stone Coated Roofing Sheet mainly comes from the layer of colored sand covering the surface. Our factory uses high-temperature sintered basalt-colored sand, which is brightly colored and does not fade over time.
3. Bottom glue
Good quality Stone Coated Roofing Sheet rarely has sand falling off, mainly because of the primer used. Our factory will use highly viscous acrylic resin as the adhesive to fully contact the colored sand with the substrate without the sand falling off.
