Structure：

It is composed of aluminum-galvanized steel sheet as the base material, fingerprint-resistant coating, colored sand grain, acrylic resin, and acrylic ester.

1. Medium aluminum-galvanized steel plate is made of hot-dipping solution composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by hot-dipting, and its processability and coating are basically the same as that of galvanized steel plate, and the normal service life of aluminum-zinc sheet is 2-6 times that of ordinary galvanized sheet.

2. The above aluminized zinc plating is a fingerprint-resistant coating, the fingerprint-resistant coating plays a role in protecting the aluminum-zinc layer, and the fingerprint-resistant coating can make the aluminum-zinc steel plate better bonded with the colored sand particles, and the color of the fingerprint-resistant coating is divided into colorless transparent and light green.

3. Sintered colored sand is the decorative layer and base protective layer of metal tile, which is made of basalt particles of a certain particle size through high-tech coloring process and high-temperature sintering. It has more than 10 colors, can resist ultraviolet radiation, and can reduce the noise caused by rainwater to metal tiles.

4. Acrylate is the key material for bonding steel plate and colored sand, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface of sand mining to prevent detailed rainwater leakage and prolong the life of sand color.
